Multimedia materials for shaping the safety culture including the use of personal protective equipment among children and adolescents is a computer application with a navigation menu including 4 thematic panels: "Safe Cycling", "How to use electrical devices safely", "Safe and hazardous chemicals", "Warm, hot, very hot!". Each panel consists of 2 child-friendly modules: to convey the content and to check its assimilation, i.e:
- an educational film, introducing the subject matter of a given panel, with a staging of thematic situational scenes;
- computer games to consolidate and test the level of knowledge and skills;
- an educational film introducing the subject matter of a given panel, with a staging of thematic situational scenes;
- computer games which consolidate and check the level of mastered knowledge and skills;
| The content of the educational content was provided by a staging formula attractive for children, with the participation of Gucia (muppet doll) as an inquisitive recipient of the educational content and Pola as Gucia's friend and nanny.

The program for assessing the risk of failure in industrial facilities posing a threat outside its area-RAT-if financed by NCRD, DOB-BIO7/09/03/2015, is an IT tool based on cloud computing. The program will streamline the process of risk analysis and assess the risk level of an emergency event in terms of soil and aquatic environment contamination, threshold conditions for aquatic environment pollution and databases created. It will allow the identification of establishments posing a risk outside their premises, together with the indication of the risk of emergency events, determination and execution of safe distance reports; introduction of risk management principles already at the stage of planning acts will strengthen and supplement the national technological potential.

The set of protective clothing and underwear with thermoregulatory properties for mine rescuers consists of: protective clothing with non-flammable, anti-electrostatic and high mechanical resistance features, equipped with cooling elements made of phase change materials; underwear with thermoregulatory function of microclimate underwear, with cooling elements in the form of cartridges with phase change materials, or underwear with ventilation system, supplied with air. The underwear is equipped with a system for monitoring the physiological condition of the rescuer. Both underwear and clothing are designed for the comfort of rescuers' work in conditions of danger and heat load caused by physical effort and hot microclimate.
